Dobrodos\u030cli! Zovem se Milica Vukovic\u0301 i radim kao savetnik i kouc\u030c u Fenix Counselling-u. Po struci sam diplomirani psiholog sa masterima iz teorije i istraz\u030civanja, i iz klinic\u030cke psihologije. To mi omoguc\u0301ava da upotrebim s\u030cirok spektar pristupa, tako da se lako mogu prilagoditi z\u030celjama i potrebama klijenata. U svom radu koristim integrativni pristup uglavnom primenom metoda iz terapije usmerene na klijenta (Person- ili Client-centered therapy) i pristupa iz kognitivno-bihejvioralne terapije trec\u0301eg talasa. Tako\u0111e volim da koristim humor u radu sa klijentima, jer smatram da puno pomaz\u030ce u procesu psiholos\u030ckih promena.<\/p>

Trudim se da od odnosa klijent-savetnik razvijem okruz\u030cenje puno razumevanja, ali i izazova, ono koje moz\u030ce podstac\u0301i osnaz\u030civanje kojim c\u0301ete postic\u0301i promenu i dobrobit. U meni moz\u030cete pronac\u0301i posvec\u0301enu osobu koja ume da slus\u030ca, uvek ukljuc\u030cenu u proces i odnos savetovanja ili kouc\u030cinga.<\/p>
